Rotary Intercountry Committees

About the ICC

Intercountry Committees (ICCs) are official Rotary networks that connect districts, clubs, Rotarians, and Rotaractors from different countries to promote international friendship, understanding, collaboration, and peace.

Created after World War II through the first partnership between France and Germany, ICCs were established to rebuild trust and strengthen relationships between nations through people-to-people connections.

Today, ICCs form a global network that supports Rotary's international service efforts across cultures and borders.
